Kyu Yeon Kim (Korea) received the degrees of Bachelor of Music from the Korean National University of Arts and Master of Music from the New England Conservatory, and a Diploma from the Curtis Institute of Music.  Ms. Kim was a finalist at the 2010 Queen Elizabeth Competition (Brussels); advanced to the second round at the 2009 Van Cliburn Competition (Ft. Worth); and won second prize at the AXA Dublin Competition. In 2010 she performed concerti with Suwon Philharmonic Orchestra (Korea), National Orchestra of Belgium, and Orchestre Royal de Chambre de Wallonie (Belgium), as well as recitals in Korea, Belgium, and the U.S.
